Terms & Conditions

Products

• Our products are cosmetics and personal-care items for external use only, unless the product page says otherwise.
• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or packaging may happen.
• Please read the ingredients before use. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test the product on a small area first. Stop using it and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The shipping fee is added at checkout.
• You can pay cash on delivery, or online by card, mobile wallet or instalments through our payment provider Paymob. We never see or store your card details.
• Products marked "Coming soon" cannot be ordered yet.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.

Orders

• After you place an order you will see an order number. Keep it for any question about your order.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or we cannot reach you to confirm delivery. If you already paid online, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is explained in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Return Policy. Both are part of these terms.
