Checking your order
Please check that all items are complete in the presence of the courier. Any missing items must be reported immediately while the courier is present.
Opening and trying products
Opening packages, inspecting, or trying any product is strictly prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- If a refund is approved, for example for a missing item reported in front of the courier or an order we cannot deliver, orders paid online by card or mobile wallet through Paymob are refunded to the same card or wallet used to pay. Your bank or wallet provider may take 7 to 14 working days to show the amount.
- Cash on delivery orders are refunded in cash or to a mobile wallet, as agreed with you.
