Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a securely scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store your password itself.
• If you sign in with Google or Facebook: your name and email address, as shared by them. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password and we do not post anything on your behalf.
• Order details: the name, phone number, email and delivery address you enter at checkout, and the products you order.
• Payment: online payments are processed by our payment provider, Paymob. Your card details go directly to Paymob and are never seen or stored by us.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, reviews you write, and your email if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Technical information needed to keep the site working and secure, such as your IP address (used briefly to block abuse like repeated wrong passwords) and the device and browser you sign in from.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
• To process, deliver and support your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To reply to your messages and show approved product reviews.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To protect the website and our customers from fraud and abuse.

Cookies and similar storage

We use only the cookies the website needs to work: one keeps you signed in, and one lets the browser that placed an order see its order confirmation. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the shop:

• Paymob, to process online payments.
• Our delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Our hosting and database providers (such as Supabase and Netlify), which store the website's data securely on our behalf.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, legal and warranty purposes. Security records, such as sign-in attempts, are kept only for a short time.

Your rights

You can view and update your details from your account page. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account and data at any time; see our Data Deletion page for how.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), scrambled passwords, access limited to authorised staff, and protection against repeated sign-in attempts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
