We ship our products across Egypt through a shipping company. This page explains how shipping works and what it costs.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all governorates in Egypt only.

A flat shipping fee of EGP 75 applies to every order.
Shipping is free on orders of EGP 1,500 or more.
The exact shipping fee is always shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.

Orders are delivered by our shipping company. Delivery time depends on your governorate and the shipping company's schedule.
The shipping company may call you on the phone number you entered at checkout, so please make sure it is correct and reachable.
For cash on delivery orders, please have the order total ready when the courier arrives.

If you have an account, you can follow your order status from "My orders". You can also contact us with your order number at any time.

Please check that your order is complete in front of the courier and report anything missing right away, as explained in our Return Policy.
