Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your BR AROMA NATURAL account and personal information at any time, including if you signed in with Google or Facebook.

How to request deletion

  • Email bardiaroma2018@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
  • Send it from the email address of your account (or tell us that address), so we can confirm the request is really yours.
  • We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your account: name, email, password, phone number and saved addresses.
  • Your newsletter subscription and your sign-in history.
  • Information received from Google or Facebook when you signed in with them.

What we may keep

Records of orders you placed may be kept, with your name removed where possible, for as long as accounting and legal rules require. Reviews you published will be removed or anonymised.

Signed in with Facebook?

You can also remove our app from your Facebook account: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, select "BR AROMA NATURAL", and click Remove. Then email us as above so we also delete the information stored on our side.
